Tens of protestors in Tahrir Square and the family of Ahmed Mohamed Saleh, who was killed during clashes on Mohamed Mahmoud Street, gathered outside Zenhoum mortuary to receive his body. Saleh's family refused to sign the medical report, which attributed his death to a sharp decline of the circulatory system. Instead, they wanted to list the cause of death as a gunshot wound to the neck. “Ahmed was injured during January 25 Revolution” said one of Saleh's relative. “After he recovered he insisted to go to Tahrir Square to restore Egyptians' rights and dignity.” Some of Saleh's friends said they would attend the autopsy to prove that he was shot during the Mohamed Mahmoud clashes. His body was transferred from the morgue to Sayeda Nafesa Mosque for funeral prayers before his burial at al-Wafaa and al-Amal cemetery. The Saleh family, Tahrir protesters, and many political and human rights activists will attend the funeral.
