Ganzouri: One minister to be decided

Prime Minister-designate Kamal el-Ganzouri said all ministries were formed except one, and denied Osama Heikal would continue as Minister of Information.
"News reports that claimed the formation of the new government has stumbled are untrue," Ganzouri said.
Ganzouri said he needed more time for consultation since he did not know most ministers in the Sharaf government.
Ganzouri reported that he met youth from various professional societies, but elections and the runoff round postponed the announcement of the new government.
