CAIRO: Newly minted Egyptian Prime Minister Kamal el-Ganzouri today continued dialogue with various revolutionary, professional and youth forces today after returning from a meeting at the headquarters of the Supreme Council of the Armed Forces (SCAF). El-Ganzouri met with military rulers about the formation of the civil advisory council, which is slated to help facilitate the transition to democratic rule. The PM is scheduled to meet again with the ruling military council to discuss the announcement of the civil council's implementation. El-Ganzouri also reported that the new ministers have not yet been appointed, but will be announced by Thursday.
