Ballot box withheld after accusation of manipulation

CAIRO: A prosecutor supervising districts 809 and 810 at the Ezbet al-Walda School today reported that candidate Emad Lofty accused an employee of manipulating voting cards to favor Mostafa Bakry.
The prosecutor accompanied the employee, the candidate and the ballot box to Consultant Abdel Latif Hamza, the Commission chief.
Hamza ordered the prosecutor to file a formal memorandum and exclude the ballot box until finishing the investigation.
