CAIRO: The Egyptian cabinet announced they could reach an agreement with protestors in Tahrir Square and the clashes in Mohamed Mahmoud St. ceased since 3:00 A.M. The cabinet sent a short message through its Twitter account, announcing the calm and quietness in Tahrir Square. In related news, Army forces finished building a concrete-block wall in the middle of Mohamed Mahmoud St. to separate the security forces from the protestors. Army forces climbed the wall and made a human barricade to prevent protestors from climbing the wall. Assistant commander of the central region, Said Abbas, and commander of military police forces, Hamdy Badein, arrived to Tahrir Square to speak to protestors and assure the clashes ended. On the other side, school students and ultras formed marches, trying to get into Mohamed Mahmoud St. However the people committees prevented them. Arabic here
