CAIRO: The Salafi Front claimed Egypt's ruling military council to leave the political scene and keep the Egyptian army to reserve security and vital facilities until the end of the transitional phase. The Salafi Front issued a statement, “The military council must deliver political authority to the national salvation council to represent all people, categories and political movements. The main mission of the national salvation council will be supervising the elections and passing through the transitional phase peacefully. An elected committee formed by judiciary leaders will supervise the council decisions and laws. The Salafi Front calls to purify the Ministry of Interior from all those who killed protestors. They also demanded public trails for those involved in killing protestors and public announcement that the drafting of constitutional principals is cancelled. The front called for all political and Islamic forces to go to Tahrir Square and all main squares across Egypt to achieve the true goals and demands of the Egyptian January 25 Revolution. The Front assured they respect other's opinion, who are asking to calm the situation and hold the elections on time.
