CAIRO: Youm7 revealed Egyptian presidential candidate Mohamed el-Baradei apologized for not attending the meeting Egypt's ruling military council called for on Tuesday November 22. Sources said el-Baradei preferred to play a role of mediator between the military council and demonstrators during the upcoming period. He criticized the attack on the hundreds of revolutionary youth on Twitter while he was heading to a meeting with Cairo's Security Director Mohsen Mourad. He considers such action from the security forces suspicious. On the other hand, activists claim through Twitter that the coordinator of el-Baradei's presidential campaign was killed during the recent clashes in Tahrir.
