Egypt's Administrative Judiciary Court released a verdict urging the Supreme Electoral Committee to accept the lists of the governors' parties in Beheira, Gharbiya, Sohag, Giza and Sharqia. In light of the submitted appeal from the governor's party against the SEC, the Administrative Judiciary Court in Alexandria ruled to accept the list of the party in the first constituency of the People's Assembly of the Beheira Governorate. The assembly's headquarters are located in Damanhour Police Station. The SEC is prepared to follow the court's ruling and accept the list. The Administrative Judiciary Court in Tanta, in Gharbiya Governorate, ruled in favor of the party's appeal against the SEC's decision to refuse both party lists. The Administrative Judiciary Court also accepted both lists of the Sohag governor's party in the first and the second constituents of the People's Assembly. The court also accepted the party's list for the People's Assembly of the Giza Governorate in the second constituency. Its headquarters are located in Imbaba Police Station. In Sharqia Governorate, the court accepted both party lists of the governorate's constituent for the People's Assembly and affirmed the party's right to be nominated in the elections.
