CAIRO: Egyptian protestors remaining in Tahrir Square this morning carried banners demanding a civilian body replace the military council in ruling Egypt's transitional government. They also urged the military council to step down and deliver authority to a civilian presidential council. Hundreds of protestors are still in Tahrir Square after a night of fierce fighting with Egyptian Central Security Forces. The clashes that went on through the night led to hundreds of injuries and at least one death, according to the Egyptian Health Ministry.
