Egyptian Parliamentary candidate, political activist and former television broadcaster Gameela Ismail resumed her parliamentary campaign today November 8 after two days of its launch. She visited many neighborhoods in her electoral region. “Bulaq Abul-Ela has an unique atmosphere. I asked Maspiro triangle residents during the former regime to remain in their houses after former regime tried to move them,” Ismail said. Ismail's campaign is entitled ‘No to Displacement.' She wants to assure the residents have their legitimate right to stay in their region and their homes. Ismail used a vehicle carrying her campaign title banners and with microphones to reach voters as efficiently as possible. She will also establish her headquarters soon to be able to communicate with residents.
