Seventy-three demonstrators imprisoned after protestors stormed the Israeli embassy last month were released Monday, after a military court suspended their sentences. The defendants were accused of assaulting the Israeli embassy, the Saudi Arabian embassy, and elements of the military police. The defendants were overjoyed after hearing the verdict. They chanted slogans supporting the military council and the army such as, "The people and army are one hand." Youm7 obtained video of the defendants' happiness after hearing of their release.
