Bahrain King Sheikh Hamad bin Aissa Al-Khalifa arrived in Egypt today Monday October 31 in his first visit after the Egyptian January 25 Revolution. Delegates of Bahraini embassy in Cairo went to Cairo Airport to hold the receiving ceremonies. This visit assures the strong relationship between Egypt and Bahrain and to discuss ways to cooperate in many fields. The King of Bahrain's visit will last for two days and he will spend the first day in Cairo and the second day in Sharm el-Sheikh. Al-Khalifa is scheduled to meet chairman of Egypt's ruling military council Hussein Tantawi and Egyptian Prime Minister Essam Sharaf. In related news, Cyprus's Minister of Foreign Affairs Prato Kozakou arrived in Cairo with a Cypriot delegation today October 31 and his visit will last for a few days. Kozakou will hold discussions with Egyptian officials and is scheduled to meet with Essam Sharaf to discuss recent developments in the Middle East. They will also discuss ways of cooperation between both countries.
