Published in Youm7 on 20 - 10 - 2011

Egyptian dean of the Institute of Islamic Call and Studies Gamil Ahmed Allam called for a million-man demonstration in Tahrir Square and in all Egypt's Squares entitled the Friday of Self-Determination on October 21.
Groups and Coalitions like the April 6 Youth Movement, Independent Protestors, the Revolutionary Front and others will participate in the demonstration.
The call for the demonstration was announced after the meeting of 150 deans of faculties of law, the constitutional law, the Islamic Sharia law and 300 youths of revolutionary groups on October 19. The meeting was held to discuss the current situation in Egypt nine months after the Egyptian January 25 Revolution.
Allam said the parties opposed the participating in the million-man demonstration, fear from impeding the election process and getting humiliated in front of the public. He assured there will be a review for the map of national salvation during the million man demonstration, which was developed by many professors and scholars of law and the Constitution. They want to resolve the crisis within three months after the inability of the military council's program to solve it.
He said this map includes five points to treat Egypt from presidential, constitutional, executive and legislative gaps.
During the meeting, Allam presented the techniques of the map of national salvation, represented in the formation of the presidential civil council of nine individual representatives of all political and religious blocs.
The council will also include a military council representative to put the public policy for Egypt during the transitional period. He stressed the importance of dissolving the current council of ministries and forming new one of experts and specialists to work as a national salvation government.
Allam assured the importance of forming a temporarily legislative council of all heads of parties, coalitions and syndicates and representatives of workers, farmers and religious institutes to form a temporarily legislative association.
The temporarily legislative association will take over monitoring during the transitional period in Egypt, along with forming a Constituent Assembly to start immediately in the preparation of the Constitution of Egypt.
It will include professors of constitutional law, judiciary and Islamic Sharia law, representatives of all state's institutes to try and exit from the troubles of Civil or Islamic through a solution including the first 24 terms in the constitutional announcement.
Allam finally stressed on the necessity of implementing the map of national salvation immediately to achieve its goals.
