Britain will provide technical support to the Egyptian Professional Academy for Teachers as well as a school for talented students in science and mathematics, reported Egyptian Minister of Education Ahmed Gamal Mousa and British ambassador to Egypt Gamis Wat. Britain will give Egypt support with its technology usage, teacher training and school equipment, said Mousa. “Our two countries will cooperate with technical education and development,” said Mousa. Mousa also praised the British Cultural Council in Cairo for providing internships to English teachers. Ambassador Wat reported that Britain supports Egypt's effort it its new era of educational development. “We are ready to provide massive financial support for Egyptian education,” Wat added.
