Darb 17/18 holds playwriting workshop

Darb 17/18 Center for Contemporary Arts is organizing a 'Writing Monologues and Short Plays' workshop. The workshop will be led by British writer Linda Cleary. It will begin at 7:30pm on Wednesday, September 14.
The course covers how to format a play and work on characterization and theme.
Cleary is a poet, writer and performer originally from the UK. As well as her own work as a writer, actor and performer she has been delivering workshops in creative writing for many years all across the world.
Cleary is also the director of an artists' residence in Cairo.
