How to cook okra Ingredients: 1 kilo Okra 1 tomato Crushed garlic Crushed dried coriander Salt and pepper Tablespoon of butter Preparation: Cut the okra into pieces and mix with half the garlic, tomato, salt and pepper. Fry in pan. Place the okra in a blender with the butter and the rest of the garlic. Put the coriander in as well and blend all ingredients. Add white rice and grilled meat pieces to the okra.
