CAIRO: Prominent Egyptian opposition figure Mohamed el-Baradei criticized the latest governor reshuffle in the governorates as too militarized. “18 generals out of 27 governors. All Muslim,” he posted on his official Twitter account. “Revolution should change the mindset and not just individuals. When do we begin?” he asked. El-Baradei, formerly head of the UN's nuclear watchdog, is expected to run in Egypt's next presidential election.
