Chief Omneya Taha's kitchen presents its Termador Shrimp recipe: Ingredients: 1 kilo shrimp 1 cup bashmel medium 1 tablespoon mustard 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese 1/2 cup cream 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar 1 tablespoon butter 1 lemon with salt and pepper The Recipe: Chop shrimp and leave tail intact. Season with lemon, salt and pepper. Put shrimp on the heat with butter for three minutes. Then add balsamic vinegar and leave for two minutes. Remove shrimp from heat. Mix bashmel into the same pan, adding cream and mustard and leave until it boils. Put shrimp in another dish and dress with sauce (bashmel, cream, mustard). Sprinkle parmesan cheese over the top. Put in oven until cheese is brown. Serve with toast bread.
