Ministry of Health: Abbasiya's injured released from hospitals

CAIRO: The total number of injured in the events of the Abbassiya clashes reached a total of 309, 209 of whom were treated at the site of the incident, while 100 were transferred to five hospitals and are now out excepting 5 serious cases. The Assistant Secretary of Health Affairs, Dr. Abdul Hamid Abaza, reported these numbers.
Abaza stressed there were neither deaths nor cases of injuries of live ammunition, and there have been no rumors regarding these claims by media and satellite channels.
He added ambulances and mobile clinics are still present in Tahrir Square; paramedics and medical teams were provided with all necessary supplies in anticipation of more clashes.
