CAIRO: The National Assembly for Change announced its withdrawal from the coordinating committee of the revolution, which gathers a number of political powers and movements and youth coalitions. The assembly refused declarations of the committee's members in which they criticized the demonstrations and incited against the protesters. The assembly made a statement that there are unknown entities joining the committee to ruin the image of the revolution and to undermine its credibility in front of Egyptians to achieve personal objectives. The statement pointed out a number of these entities held meetings with Egyptian Prime Minister, Essam Sharaf, and participating in forming a new government as representatives Tahrir Square demonstrators, even when they have not participated in the strike since its beginning. The assembly demanded the transitional government and the Supreme Council of the Armed Forces (SCAF) to deal with its leaders as a confident national power that enjoys credibility among Egyptians.
