CAIRO: "The Egyptain Nuclear Energy Authority cooperated with Argentinian Omfab Company to get ready to activate Inshas nuclear reactor," said head of the nuclear energy authority, Dr. Mohamed Ezzat Abdel Azim. Abdel Azim said Omfab delegation will start hot operation of the reactor, which will be re-operated gradually until it reaches required capacity, and by then, radioactive isotopes will be produced. Abdel Azim said the Argentinian Omfab Company is committed to deadlines to produce radioactive isotopes so operation of the reactor is not delayed by the governmental reshuffling results. Egypt will produce and export radioactive isotopes after the main rector was closed in Holland.
