CAIRO: Egypt's National Council will hold a meeting on Tuesday with the political powers that took part in drafting the ‘above constitution' documents. Their goal will be to issue a new comprehensive document containing the main principles of the new constitution and present it to Egypt's ruling military council. A source close to the National Council said the council decided to hold the meeting after the Supreme Council of the Armed Forces withdrew its offer to Osama al-Ghazali Harb, founder of the Democratic Front Party, to issue the document in coordination with Gen. Mamdouh Shahin. Likely presidential candidates Mohamed el-Baradei and Hisham Bastawisi will attend the meeting.
