"Public meetings will be held in different governorates with. Dr. Mohamed Selim al-Awa, a likely presidential candidate," said Ahmed Mostafa, the coordinator of al-Awa's campaign. Mostafa said the main goal of the campaign is to gather the maximum possible number of volunteers to elect al-Awa as Egypt president. Information on Al-Awa's platform will be spread by volunteers. Mostafa also said al-Awa is going to hold his first public meeting in a few days. The meeting will include a presentation on al-Awa's platform. Al-Awa campaign members have created a Facebook page, "al-Awa is Egypt's President," where all comments and questions are received and answered by al-Awa himself.
