The arts center of the Alexandria Library has produced an opera titled, 'El-Sakka died.' The opera consists of three chapters written by Youssief El Sebaai, composed by Sherif Mohy el-Bin and directed by Mohamed Abu el-Khir. The opera will be presented at the big theatre of the Alexandria Library at 8 pm. It will begin on June 26 2011 and will last for three days. The most famous opera singers in Egypt will participate in 'El- Sakka.' The opera will include a choir consisting of women and young people, along with the library's orchestra. The Alexandria Library produced similar work before with the same team, such as 'Miramar' written by Naguib Mahfouz.
