CAIRO: A delegation from the U.S senate is scheduled to arrive in Cairo on Sunday, and will be headed by U.S. senator John McCain, member of the Republican Party of Arizona. The delegation will hold a conference to discuss investments between Egypt and the U.S. The delegation will include U.S. Senator and member of the Democratic Party of Massachusettes, John Kerry, and executive director of General Electric Company, Jeff Amalat. A delegation from the Egyptian -American Business Council visited Cairo less than two weeks ago. The delegation consisted of the biggest American companies in Egypt including Apache, ACCION Mobil, and specialists in the petroleum sector. The delegation met with the Egyptian Prime Minister Essam Sharaf, along with other members of the Egyptian government. The delegation also visited business associations and a coalition of industries. The visit lasted for three days.
