Kayhan: Iranian newspaper reported there is an increase in special security patrols after the incident of brutal rapes in Isfahan and an increase in security patrols in the capital Tehran and other provinces. Iranian commander of the security forces, Ahmad Reza Radan said the patrols will focus on immodestly dressed women, thugs and those who harass women. There was an ugly incident in the city of Khomeini in Isafan where thugs attacked the city by locking men in rooms and raping their women. All those arrested will be given heavy sentences as an example and warning to others. Ye Eslami newspaper: Iranian President was in Kazakhstan today to participate in the Organization of Shanghai Cooperation's tenth meeting, accompanied by Mojtaba Hashemi; Foreign Minister, Ali Akbar Salehi; Chairman of the Commission on Narcotic Drugs, Said Mortazavi; and head of the Radio and Television Ezzatollah Zarghami.
