A new constitution is the main solution for the current crisis and will pave the way for stability and the next parliamentary and presidential elections, said presidential hopeful Mohamed el-Baradei. He raised the necessity of activating national dialogue in dealing with laws concerning with political rights. The former IAEA's Director General criticized issuing laws without a social dialogue, as happened with the political parties' law, which undermines the credibility of any national dialogue. "Restoring security and improving the economy are the top priorities in this transitional stage that is meant to get our country out of its current crisis," tweeted el-Baradei.
