Mohamed Abou-Treika is ready to snub any offers for the sake of Ahli stressing that he will always remain loyal to the club. Football director Sayed Abdul-Hafiz earlier stated that UAE side Bani Yas had made overtures for Abou-Treika, indicating that the Reds will discuss the matter with him. But the Egypt international, who will see his contract run out in June, made it clear that he is ready to commit his future to the Cairo giants unless they opted to part ways with him. "I'm ready to sign an unconditional contract with Ahli," the 34-year-old told FilGoal.com. "My fate with the club is in the hands of the board, they would have the final decision regarding my departure or stay." In the same context, Abdul-Hafiz revealed that Abou-Treika could only leave on loan and not permanently. "We are not ready to sell Abou-Treika. He is an icon inside the club on both technical and moral aspects. He has a special relationship with Ahli," Abdul-Hafiz said. "Should he leave the club, it would be a loan deal rather than a permanent one. "Even the loan deal is contingent on several terms, the value of the offer must match Ahli and Abou-Treika's caliber." Abou-Treika, who joined from Tersana in 2004, has been an integral member of Ahli's squad, helping the Cairo giants to a host of continental and local titles. He has been linked with several Gulf sides in recent years, including Ahli Dubai and Hilal, but has always been loyal to the seven-time African champions. Should he move to Bani Yas, Treika will link up with Egypt teammate Mohamed Zidan.
