Egypt's proposed friendly game with Cameroon has been cancelled as the Pharaohs' attempts to take part in any game during the international break have come to no avail. FilGoal.com has learnt that Tuesday's meeting has been called off after the Egyptian FA had failed to reach a final agreement with the visitors over the match fees. The news comes as a blow to Bob Bradley's plans of preparing his side for next year's World Cup qualifiers after last Friday's friendly with Benin has also been cancelled. After recalling nine foreign-based players, the Egypt coach - who is understood to be far from satisfied - is now forced to limit his entire squad's activity to training during the international break. Egypt were initially supposed to meet Nigeria on September 11 but the Super Eagles pulled out of the game, in what was another blow to the Pharaohs' miserable break. Apart from the disagreement in 'logistics', it is believed that security concerns in Egypt played a major role in calling the three games off. Egypt's next competitive game takes place in March 2013 against Zimbabwe in the World Cup qualifiers.
