Quotes
CAR vice-captain Romaric Lignanzi
“People say that after winning in Egypt, Central Africa has already qualified. But this is not true! There is a rematch.
“We must stay focused and keep the good head on our shoulders because Egypt is a giant in Africa, a team capable of turning any kind of situation regardless of where they play.
“They have qualities that our team do not have. We beat them on the sole basis of our desire and commitment."

Elmohamady out for Egypt
CAR goalkeeping coach Jean-Louis Bingo
"Preparation has been as it should be and I believe that with God's help we can make it.
“This is not the first time we play against a team from North Africa. It was not long ago when we played against the great Morocco, it was a draw. We had played against the Algerians in their return from the last World Cup, they were beaten 2-0.
“Now we also defeated Egypt at home 3-2. I hope that fate will continue to smile for us."
Egypt coach Bob Bradley
“The coaching staff and the players have learned from their mistakes and will not repeat them in the return leg.
“We put ourselves in a difficult position and must get out of it to compensate our fans for the defeat in Alexandria."
Team news
Egypt full-back Ahmed Elmohamady failed to make the trip to Bangui after pulling a hamstring in training, so Ahmed Fathi is almost certain to start on the right.
Forward Mohamed Zidan is suspended by the Egyptian FA and is unlikely to be named again by Bradley after walking out of the team's camp.
Bradley's pre-match preparation suggested that Hossam Ghaly could replace Mahmoud Fathallah in defense following the latter's poor performance in the first leg.
Ahli striker Emad Meteb, who was recalled to replace Zidan, is also tipped for a start along with club mates Geddo and Mohamed Abou-Treika.
On other hand, CAR coach Herve Loungoundji has called up Morocco-based striker Charly Dopekoulouyen as a backup for hitman Hilaire Momi.
