Egypt strolled to an easy 3-0 friendly win over a humble Mauritania side courtesy of a first-half Geddo brace in Dubai on Sunday. The Pharaohs, who gear up for the World Cup and CAN qualifiers in June, played their second warm-up game which comes as a part of a one-week training camp in the UAE. Three goals in 13 minutes did the job for Bob Bradley's team, with Geddo heading Egypt into a 25th lead before adding a second three minutes later. The Ahli forward, who scored 10 of his 11 Egypt goals in the second half before the game, earned a 38th minute penalty that allowed club-mate Emad Meteb to fire home the third. Geddo first-half blitz The first half kicked off with Mauritania committing men at the back until Geddo stole the show midway through the first period. ENPPI full-back Mohamed Nassef whipped in a pin-point diagonal cross from the left that was met by Geddo, who easily headed home at the near post. Another easy strike saw the CAN 2010 top scorer complete his double when he slotted home into an empty net after the keeper punched an Ahmed Hassan free kick into his path. The on-fire Geddo came again to haunt Mauritania's hapless defenders when he earned his side a penalty after being tripped inside the area Meteb made no mistake from the ensuing spot kick. Substitute forward Ahmed Temsah, Ahmed Abdul-Zaher and Ahmed Mekki added nothing to an action-less second half in which Egypt looked clearly complacent against their poor opposition.
