Zamalek have commenced with the process of taking legal action against former striker Hussein Yasser, following his controversial transfer to Lierse. The Qatar international rescinded his contract with Zamalek last month before signing a two-year for the Belgian side without the consent of the Cairo club. “We hired a Spanish lawyer for the case of Hussein Yasser's illegal move to Lierse,” Zamalek board member Maher Abdul-Aziz told FilGoal.com. “We will present all the documents proving our right in the player to him and then he shall file a complaint to FIFA through the Egyptian FA.” Yasser has yet to play for Lierse as the FA refused to send his International Transfer Certificate to the Egyptian-owned outfit. The 29-year-old had a contract with Zamalek until 2014.
