Defender Naguib receives last-gasp call-up

Ahli new signing Mohamed Naguib was called to travel with the team to face MC Alger despite being omitted from Manuel Jose's initial squad for Sunday's Champions League clash.
Ahli said on their website that the 28-year-old did not attend the team's training on Friday's morning ahead of flying to Algiers, only for Jose to decide that he needs him.
The Portuguese coach has already dropped center-half Ahmed Al-Sayed, preferring teenager Rami Rabiea, as Naguib is likely to be used as a backup.
Ahli will miss influential duo Ahmed Fathi and Hossam through suspension, whereas Brazilian striker Fabio Junior has pulled out of the squad due to an ankle injury.
The Reds are currently third in Group B, only one point adrift of joint-leaders Wydad Casablanca and Esperance.
