Former Police Union coach Talaat Youssef is no more a candidate for the Egypt job after taking charge of Masri. Youssef replaced interim coach Taha Basri, who surprisingly left the Port-Said club despite agreeing terms of a permanent contract last month. “I informed the FA that I am not available for the job because I am now committed to Masri,” Youssef told FilGoal.com. Youssef was among a few names linked with the Egypt hot seat following the departure of Hassan Shehata last month. The FA said on Sunday that search is in progress for a national manager after Colombian Nelo Vingada turned down the job to coach China.
