Hosni Abd-Rabou's knee scans will be sent to Germany to confirm ligaments rupture, Ismaili announced on Thursday. The Egypt man asked for the review as he doesn't feel the kind of pain associated with ligaments rupture, according to assistant coach Ashraf Khedr. Ismaili said on Wednesday that Abd-Rabou will be sidelined for up to six months after a serious damage to his knee. He sustained the injury during a friendly with lower-division team. Ismaili prepare for the African Champions League clash with Algeria's JS Kabylie on Sunday. "Abd-Rabou's injury is a nightmare for us before the Kabylie game," Khedr told FilGoal.com. "But we have to find a replacement soon." The 26-year-old midfielder has just rejoined Ismaili after a two-year loan with UAE side Ahli Dubai.
