Germany lose another player to injury

Germany defender Heiko Westermann has been ruled out of the World Cup with a foot injury to stretch the Mannschaft's long casualty list.
The German football federation confirmed the news after the Schalke center-half was injured in Saturday's warm-up victory over Hungary.
Westermann becomes the fifth player in Joachim Loew's selection to miss the South Africa finals due to injury.
The Germans' list of casualties includes captain Michael Ballack and first-choice goalkeeper Rene Adler.
Germany compete in Group D along with Serbia, Australia and Ghana.
