Real Madrid have agreed to sign teenage sensation Sergio Canales from Racing Santander, Los Blancos said on Friday. "Real Madrid C.F. and Racing de Santander have reached an agreement for the transfer of the player Sergio Canales Madrazo," a club statement read. "The contract, which will link the player to Real Madrid CF over the next six seasons, will enter into force from 1 July 2010." The 18-year-old attacking midfielder is regarded as a hot prospect for the future in Spain, having emerged through Racing's first team this season.
