Ibrahim Saied has been offered a trial period, not a contract, by Toronto FC, Canadian press said. The Toronto Sun reported that the club officials confirmed that they won't sign Saied till he joins the winter training camp in February. The report comes after Saied, 30, told Egyptian media that he has agreed terms with Toronto and will be unveiled pending a medical. "Saied has a history of leaving teams over disagreements with coaches and management," the report said of the two-time African Cup winner. "He is scouted as a solid defender whose career has been hurt by a terrible temper." The Florida-based club, founded in 2006, are the only Canadian team in the MLS.
