TV Cameras spotted Amr Zaki sitting in the stands to watch his former club ENPPI face Zimbabwe's Caps United in the CAF Confederation Cup on Friday. Wigan Athletic coach Steve Bruce on Thursday hit out at Zaki for failing to return from international duty on time for the fourth time this season. The club's chairman Dave Whelan said he would support any decision Bruce takes to punish the Egypt striker, who did not answer the Latics' calls. Zaki's appearance at Petrosport Stadium might further infuriate Bruce, who described him as the most unprofessional player he has ever worked with. "I'm sick of answering questions about Zaki's whereabouts," the English manager added in a statement on Wigan's official website. It remains to be seen whether Wigan will resume their interest in signing Zaki on a permanent basis from Zamalek following the latest row.
