ENPPI returned to winning ways after coming from behind twice to earn a 3-2 home victory over Ittihad in the Egyptian Premier League on Thursday. Ittihad took the lead after 12 minutes, thanks to a goal from their newly-signed striker Mohamed Ragab. He connected with a left-wing cross to head home and notch his first goal since joining from Asyut Petroleum last month. Ivorian striker Vincent Die Foneye needed one minute to draw ENPPI level with a close-range header to take his tally to seven league goals. The frantic four-minute spell continued as Mahmoud Sobhi restored Ittihad's advantage on 16 minutes. In-form winger Al-Muhammadi equalized in the 32nd minute with a deft header from an assist by left-back Abdullah Ragab. ENPPI top scorer Ahmed Raouf, who was chosen by Hassan Shehata for Egypt's friendly against Ghana earlier this month, scored the winner in the 58th minute. His powerful shot from inside the area found its way into the net as Raouf netted his eighth goal this season. The result put ENPPI, who failed to win in their previous two games, temporarily in second place with 36 points, four behind leaders Ahli, who face Ismaili later in the day. Ittihad, whose seven-match unbeaten streak came to an end, are sixth on 27 points. Elsewhere, Egyptian Cup winners Harras Hodoud moved closer to the top four with a 1-0 victory over Ghazl Mahalla. Left-back Amr Al-Dali scored the decisive goal after 20 minutes after curling a superb free-kick past Mahalla keeper Iboon Massenga. Hodoud are fifth on 33 points, just two behind fourth-placed Ismaili.
