Manchester United winger Park Ji-Sung is aware that his side will face a tough challenge against Gamba Osaka in the Club World Cup semi-final on Thursday. Park, a familiar figure in Japan thanks to his spell with Kyoto Purple Sanga, expects a tough contest in Tokyo, despite the difference between both teams. "It's going to be a difficult match for us. We've played a lot of games in December and we've had to make a long journey to Japan," the Korean was quoted as saying by FIFA.com. "It's amazing to think how much Asian football has developed over the past ten years. "There's still a big difference between European and Asian football, but the gap is getting smaller with time." United are firm favorites to win the title for the first time ever, but they will have to beat Asian champions Gamba on Thursday. The other semi-final tie will see CONCACAF champions Pachuca taking on Ecuador's Liga de Quito on Wednesday.
