Wigan Athletic manager Steve Bruce expects Amr Zaki to have a bright future in the Premiership. The Egypt striker hit the headlines after heavily impressing in the early stages of the season. Zaki, who joined Wigan from Zamalek on a season-long loan, lies on top of the Premiership scorers' chart with five goals from six matches. Bruce believes that the 25-year-old frontman would forge a highly-successful career in the elite competition if he maintained his scintillating form. “He put in a fantastic performance. If he keeps playing like that he is going to have a real future in the Premier League,” the English manager was quoted as saying by BBC Sport.
