Harras Al-Hodoud have announced the signing of Tersana striker Ahmed Salama on a three-year deal for an undisclosed fee. "Salama is a valuable addition to the team's squad," Al-Hodoud football director Hazem Al-Gharib told FilGoal.com on Tuesday. "He is a very talented striker. Salama has previously played for the Egyptian national team so his arrival will be a real asset." Salama was Tersana's top scorer last season with six goals. He had a brief spell with Egypt during the Pan Arab Games in November 2007. Al-Hodoud are looking to strengthen their squad as they aim to compete for the CAF Confederation Cup title. The military club, who finished sixth in the Egyptian League last season, will face South Africa's Mamelodi Sundowns in the competition's fourth round.
