Amr Zaki is set to complete a one-year-loan move from Zamalek to Wigan Athletic, according the striker's agent Nader Shawki. Even though Zamalek chairman Mamdouh Abbas claimed recently that he will decide on Zaki's sale by the end of the month, the deal looks to be finished sooner than expected. "Zamalek agreed to loan Zaki for one year in a deal worth ₤1.5M, he should sign soon," Shawki told FilGoal.com. "If Wigan want him on permanent basis, they will have to pay an additional ₤4M next season." Zaki's agent also revealed that Zamalek will receive ₤500,000 in case the Egypt forward reached a ten-goal milestone with the Latics next season. Zamalek were reluctant to sell Zaki, who usually pled for a bigger move, throughout the past couple of seasons, but the Wigan offer was too good to reject.
