Amr Zaki threatened to lodge an official complaint to FIFA if the Egyptian FA do not fulfill his demand of terminating his contract with Zamalek, the player's agent said. "The Egyptian FA have until the second of July to respond," Nader Shawki told FilGoal.com on Wednesday. "If the Egyptian FA decline to accept Zaki's request, the player will lodge a complaint to world governing body FIFA." Earlier this month, Wigan Athletic target Zaki has sent a letter to the Egyptian FA demanding to annul his Zamalek deal. The combative striker wants to depart Zamalek due to his strained relationship with the club's chairman Mamdouh Abbas. Abbas previously promised Zaki he would allow him to move abroad following the Egyptian Cup final. However, Abbas is reluctant to accept Wigan's offer to sign Zaki on a season-long loan.
