Ismaili confirm win in Abd-Rabou appeal

Ismaili have announced on Monday that the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) has ruled in their favor in the contractual dispute between them and French side Strasbourg over Hosni Abd-Rabou.
A source inside the club told FilGoal.com that the 24-year old midfielder shall remain with Ismaili and his contract with Strasbourg will be terminated.
The CAS also stated that the French side should refund the 500 000 euros Ismaili paid to get Abd-Rabou on a permanent basis.
However, the international midfielder has been fined 420 000 euros for signing contracts with two clubs, Ahli and Ismaili.
Meanwhile the Egyptian FA general secretary Salah Hosni said that he hasn't received any official notifications of that decision neither Ismaili had.
