Amauri's agent has revealed on Wednesday that he was engaged in talks with Roma over a possible move for the Palermo striker. The Brazilian talented frontman is being targeted by a host of clubs, including Italian giants Milan and Juventus. Now Roma entered the frame and are seemingly willing to formally express their interest in the near future. "At the moment I am in Rome," Amauri's representative Mariano Grimaldi was quoted as saying by Calcio Italia. "I have spoken to Roma's sporting director Daniele Prade who wanted information on the situation. "He told me that as soon as they sort out the questions regarding the club's direction, we would speak again." Recent reports suggested Amauri was close to joining Juventus, but Grimaldi insisted nothing has been agreed upon with the Bianconeri. "There isn't any definitive agreement with anyone yet. We haven't even talked about money with Juventus." "I can only repeat that we are weighing up various offers and I will be more precise in the future," he added. Amauri put in fine displays with Palermo this season. He scored 13 goals in the Serie A so far.
