Sherif Ekrami could be Feyenoord's goalkeeper when the Rotterdammers visit city rivals Sparta in the Eredivisie clash on Sunday. The Egyptian, who is yet to play a game for the Dutch side this season, could be selected by coach Bert Van Marwijk after first-choice goalie Henk Timmer injured himself in training. Feyenoord's web site said that the Holland international 'is uncertain as he left Friday training early with a painful shoulder'. Ekrami has been playing second fiddle to Timmer since the latter joined Feyenoord in 2006, but the former Ahli man has recently revealed his willingness to stay in Rotterdam.
