Portugal midfielder Tiago withdrew his threats to quit Juventus in January and said he will stay with the Serie A giants. "My future is here. I had a difficult start, but I'm finding consistency," he was quoted as saying by Calcio Italia. Juve manager Claudio Ranieri left Tiago out of his plans citing physical problems, triggering heavy criticism from the former Lyon man. With reports saying that Barcelona offered a swap deal including Rafael Marquez, Tiago spoke out against the manager and hinted at accepting the move. But after he started to taste a bit of first team action, he made this dramatic U-turn, despite being fined by the club for his outburst. "I respect their decision to fine me, but I don't think I said anything that bad," he said. "My rapport with teammates is very good, as I have settled in well now. My only problems were physical."
