Barcelona cruised past Athletic Bilbao 3-1 to secure their first victory of the season on Sunday night. Brazilian forward Ronaldinho is back to top form as he scored two goals, 8 and 35 to give the hosts a 2-0 lead. Bilbao pulled one back through Markel Susaeta in the 71st minute but new signing Yaya Toure secured the victory two minutes later. The Catalan giants have now accumulated four points from two matches after being held by Racing Santander last week. The injury of Cameroon striker Samuel Eto'o gave the chance to France marksman Thierry Henry to have a starting role. Ronaldinho opened the scoring from a well placed free-kick. Henry rewarded his coach Frank Rijkaard for his choice as the Frenchman made a solo effort before being fouled in the area and earning a penalty. The Barca number 10 doubled the lead from the spot. The hosts keeper Victor Valdes' made a terrible mistake as he failed to clear his area giving the chance for Susaeta to pull one back in the 70th minute. Ivory Coast midfielder Toure increased the gap again with a controversial goal as his shot bounced down and out, and was signaled as a goal but the visitors strongly protested.
